Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or in store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that is has been received and if it passes inspection. If it passes inspection we will send out the product in which you wish to exchange for. The buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost on the exchanged products.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the exchange obviously will not be granted.
Any item that is returned for exchange more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted or processed.
Gift cards are non returnable.
Turn Around Times
As each and every item is meticulously handcrafted therefore production times can vary from 6-8 weeks.
Warranties
All pieces come with a 1 year warranty for any general wear and tear (within reason, if you rip the knee jumping a fence we will fix it at a reasonable price), pieces deemed to fall under this category will be covered during this time. After the first year, repairs can be brought in and will be given a quote.
Buckles and Buttons have a life time warranty and can be brought in for repair at anytime.
