Exchange, In store credit.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or in store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that is has been received and if it passes inspection. If it passes inspection we will send out the product in which you wish to exchange for. The buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost on the exchanged products.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the exchange, or in store credit obviously will not be granted.
Any item that is returned for exchange more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted or processed.
Gift cards are non returnable.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or credited, sale items are final sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
